Stopping Malicious Online Traffic

Most online sites that have some sort of authentication/login to protect access to your data e.g. banks, credit unions, healthcare or retail (shopping) sites that have 'cart' functionality are getting pummeled day in and day out by bots in an attempt to get in and get access to your information or the retailers' information.

This is how all of the tickets for concerts and live sporting events (remember those?) are gobbled up while you're still fumbling for your debit/credit card or trying to remember your username, password and answers to your secret questions.

How do you fight these automated bots you may ask?

You fight them with automated technology that is on your side and fighting for good not evil.

Learn more about how Shape Security (part of F5 Networks) pulls this off to prevent the bad bots from being successful.

Not sure how this is going to go today - I don't know much about either team, but Baylor is ranked #2 and takes on Gonzaga soon. Hopefully, the bubble is strong down in Vegas...
