Huskies Show Heart But Lose the Season Opener to Boise State
The Husky defense really came together after half-time and pretty much shutdown the Bronco offense. It came down to a last second field goal attempt to tie the game that was just wide right. The Huskies have a tough schedule and this game should be somewhat of a confidence booster. It’s a real young team that could be really good in a short amount of time.

As the first true freshman to ever start for the Huskies, Jake Browning showed composure and football ‘sense’ throughout the game - Looking forward to watching his career at Washington.
Jake Browning not flawless in UW's loss to Boise State, but he showed skill. @StoneLarry: http://t.co/zxPZOerE7o pic.twitter.com/0atC1uNYcn
